The project explored the application of modular design methods for the trench coat. This project investigation aimed to apply the modular design in people's daily outfits, which could meet the multi-purpose for wearers. This was achieved by creative pattern cutting that modifies the trench coat's waist to a skirt; innovative garment technology that provides possibilities for fastening design and transforming the trench coat into a skirt, jack, and vest.
